Sweat Equity Partners India is an Operational Venture Capital from Mumbai.The candidate needs to be located in Mumbai/ willing to shift to Mumbai.This role will give the candidate dual exposure to Venture Capital and Investment Banking. As an Associate, he/she will play a crucial role in supporting and executing financial transactions for our portfolio companies. He/she will work closely with the founders, investors, and team members to provide comprehensive financial solutions. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and attention to detail.Responsibilities<ul><li>Research industry and market dynamics</li><li>Conduct modeling and financial analyses</li><li>Participate in writing financial reports</li><li>Creating investment presentations</li><li>Monitor and manage the performance of portfolio companies</li><li>Collaboration with cross-functional teams</li></ul>Pre Requisites<ul><li>Hands-on expertise in creating financial models and presentations</li><li>Prior experience in Venture Capital/Investment Banking is a must</li><li>2 - 5 years of professional working experience</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
