The Truck Mounted Attenuator Driver (TMA Driver) will complete assigned traffic control task by driving a TMA to specified locations for lane closures on state highways and other roadways. TMA Driver must be constantly aware of both the construction and traffic activity taking place around them. As a TMA Driver you will be required to travel for this position.

Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Follow all safety rules and regulations and wear proper safety PPE.</li>
<li>Drive Management of Traffic (MOT) vehicle to and from project and on work site.</li>
<li>Place arrow board or variable message board in work area.</li>
<li>Check work zone throughout shift to be sure items are still in their proper location.</li>
<li>Perform other work-related duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally.</li>
<li>Proper work attire (pants, shirt with short sleeve at a minimum) and work boots.</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent preferred.</li>
<li>Over Night Travel is required</li>
<li>A valid Driver’s License is required to operate company trucks.</li>
<li>Ability to complete paperwork and knowledge of federal motor carrier safety regulations & traffic control is also required.</li>
<li>TEEX certified is a plus.</li>
<li>Possess good knowledge of state and local roadway roadways and have experience with operating large vehicles of varying sizes.</li>
<li>DOT Physical Required - paid for by Company.</li>

The Site Operations Manager manages local scheduling and real-time operations to facilitate and maximize use of resources (human and automated) to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, schedule adherence and site-specific financial goals/metrics.

Job Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily Operations activities corresponding to line(s) of business Services.</li>
<li>Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position.</li>
<li>Oversee daily activities of scheduling and dispatch of Sweeping and related Site Services, including calling customers as required.</li>
<li>Coordinate daily activities to maximize scheduling and real-time utilization of resources; analyze and recommend part-time, flexible, and full-time employee mix to deliver site services.</li>
<li>Perform all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage the personnel assigned.</li>
<li>Ensure proper on the job and safety training of personnel assigned.</li>
<li>Communicate areas of accountability and performance expected of personnel assigned</li>
<li>Determine appropriate standards of performance as a basis to review progress of personnel assigned.</li>
<li>Implement employee disciplinary measures seeking support and guidance from management and human resources, as required.</li>
<li>Develop individuals for future advancement.</li>
<li>Interface with general management to ensure smooth coordination of daily operations; providing input on local conditions and enacting contingency plans as needed Notify and escalate customer issues to management as warranted.</li>
<li>Escalate and direct operational activities when problems arise, conduct analysis of problems to provide input for future process improvements.</li>
<li>Review ongoing operational results to targets. Take corrective measures as needed.</li>
<li>Participate in daily, weekly, monthly, and annual planning process as appropriate.</li>
<li>Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster aid promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.</li>
<li>Project a favorable image of the company to enhance public recognition and promote company services provided.</li>
<li>Support staffing process, working with Regional Recruiters to fill open positions for the site.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain proper staffing levels against site demand for services.</li>
<li>Maintain equipment/ asset management in accordance with company fleet management policies and guidelines.</li>
<li>Implement ongoing safety program in accordance with company safety programs and guidelines.</li>
<li>Recommends salary adjustments. transfers, promotions, and dismissals.</li>
<li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>3+ years of relevant industry related experience preferred</li>
<li>Technical Capacity, Problem Solving/Analysis, Customer/Client Focus, Decision Making, Project Management, Communication Proficiency, Teamwork Orientation.</li>
<li>Software skills for use of routing tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, required.</li>
<li>Operate computer and keyboard; able to use phone; sit for long periods; communicate using speech, hearing and vision skills.</li>
<li>Moderate lifting - no greater than 40 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping and grasping Ability to stand/sit for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs and bending as required.</li>
<li>Valid Driver’s License, as applicable.</li>
