This position is based out of our Roswell office and offers the opportunity to work closely with firm leadership on complex, high-value cases. Candidates must have prior personal injury experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters through settlement.</li><li>Evaluate case value, liability, and treatment to develop case strategy and maximize client recovery.</li><li>Maintain consistent communication with clients.</li><li>Review demand letters, settlement proposals, and related documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with case managers, medical records teams, and supervising attorneys to ensure files progress efficiently.</li><li>Monitor treatment progress and guide clients through the pre-litigation process.</li><li>Identify and escalate files that require litigation for optimal handling.</li><li>Provide exceptional client service and maintain a high standard of professionalism throughout all case stages.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Active Georgia Bar license in good standing.</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of personal injury experience required.</li><li>Exceptional communication, analytical, and research skills.</li><li>Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.</li><li>Strong client service orientation and team mentality.</li><li>Bilingual and/or multi-state licensure is a plus.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Starting salary of $120,000+, commensurate with experience and performance.</li><li>Performance-based bonuses and long-term earning potential through a fee-sharing structure.</li><li>Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).</li><li>Paid vacation, holidays, bar dues, and MCLE.</li><li>Ongoing training, mentorship, and clear advancement opportunities.</li></ul>Who We&rsquo;re Looking For: The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, client-focused attorney who thrives in a high-expectation, team-oriented environment.
