Graduate from Sweet Living/PLACE Agent Launch</li><li>
Execute Sweet Living lead generations systems weekly</li><li>
Conduct minimum of two open houses monthly running our Open House Playbook</li><li>
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments</li><li>
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards</li><li>
Participate in team activities per team standards</li><li>
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call</li><li>
Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes</li><li>
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services</li><li>
Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers</li><li>
Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><p>
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Join us for our daily team huddles, including morning mojo Monday-Thursday, and our weekly all partner call on Friday mornings</li><li>
Commit to a weekly 1:1 coaching session and weekly training (including a team favorite, Taco Tuesday)
</li><li>Execute our lead generation systems weekly</li><li>
Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes</li><li>
Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home</li><li>
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services</li><li>
Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers</li><li>
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology</li><li>
