Operational Management:<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day store operations ensuring efficiency and profitability.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.</li><li>Implement company policies and procedures and ensure compliance.</li><li>Manage pricing, promotions, and visual merchandising according to company standards.</li><li>Maintain store cleanliness and health/safety compliance.</li></ul>Staff Management:<ul><li>Recruit, train, and supervise store staff including department managers, cashiers, and stock clerks.</li><li>Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.</li><li>Monitor employee performance and conduct performance evaluations.</li><li>Motivate and develop team members through coaching and leadership.</li></ul>Customer Service:<ul><li>Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>Train staff on customer service best practices and policies.</li><li>Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment.</li></ul>Sales &amp; Financial Management:<ul><li>Monitor sales performance and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Work towards achieving store sales targets and profitability goals.</li><li>Prepare sales reports, budgets, and financial records.</li><li>Minimize stock loss and control shrinkage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>are you currently in Qatar?</li></ul>Expected Start Date: 01/09/2025
