This person will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies for our clients, and producing the copy and creative to meet performance benchmarks.The candidate is a proficient writer and strategic thinker and can prove their skills without the assistance of AI.Role Overview: We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced Social Media Account Manager with proven agency experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, strategic thinker, and creative storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You&rsquo;ll manage multiple client accounts across various industries, ensuring every campaign is executed with excellence &mdash; from concept to analytics.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.&middot; Develop and execute social media strategies that align with client goals and brand identities.&middot; Plan, write, and schedule content for multiple social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).&middot; Edit and produce short-form video content optimized for YouTube &amp; Meta.&middot; Write compelling copy for organic and paid campaigns, adapting tone and messaging for each client.&middot; Oversee the creative direction of social graphics and visuals, collaborating with design and production teams.&middot; Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights through regular reports.&middot; Stay on top of emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices to guide clients strategically.&middot; Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are completed efficiently and on schedule.Qualifications:&middot; 3&ndash;5+ years of experience managing social media accounts within an agency environment.&middot; Proven ability to manage multiple clients and industries simultaneously.&middot; Strong client relationship and project management skills.&middot; Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities.&middot; Hands-on experience with short-form video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and similar).&middot; Familiarity with social analytics, ad management platforms, and performance tracking tools.&middot; Creative eye for visual storytelling and attention to brand consistency.&middot; Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.Preferred Skills:&middot; Experience in both organic and paid social campaign management.&middot; Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.&middot; Ability to interpret analytics and turn data into actionable recommendations.What We Offer:&middot; Opportunity to work with a variety of clients and industries.&middot; Collaborative, creative agency culture.&middot; Flexible work environment.&middot; Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.How to Apply: To be considered for this role, email your resume, cover letter, writing and creative examples directly to the company.
