Social Media Manager &mdash; Swift Hockey (Content &amp; Brand Growth)The RoleYou own Swift's voice across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. This means creating content that actually converts (not just gets likes), growing our audience strategically, and building a community around the brand. You work closely with leadership and our athlete/ambassador network to tell stories that drive engagement and sales.What you'll do:<ul><li>Create and manage content calendar for Instagram and TikTok (mix of organic, UGC, athlete content)</li><li>Monitor trends daily and pivot content strategy in real-time when opportunities appear</li><li>Collaborate with athletes, ambassadors, and user-generated content creators</li><li>Track engagement metrics, reach, and conversion data&mdash;optimize based on what works</li><li>Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all platforms</li><li>Identify and test new content formats, hashtag strategies, and platform features</li><li>Support product launches with coordinated social campaigns</li><li>Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, responding to audience)</li></ul>What We're Looking ForMust have:<ul><li>2+ years managing social media accounts at scale (50K+ followers minimum)</li><li>Proven track record growing engagement and follower base (show us the numbers)</li><li>Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms</li><li>Ability to create/source content that performs (you know what hooks people)</li><li>Comfort with analytics&mdash;you make content decisions based on data, not feelings</li><li>Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.)</li></ul>Nice to have:<ul><li>Interest in sports, hockey, or athletic brands</li><li>Experience collaborating with creators or influencers</li><li>Knowledge of Reels, Shorts, or emerging video formats</li><li>Basic graphic design or video editing skills</li><li>Experience with social commerce or shoppable posts</li></ul>Why This Role Stands Out<ul><li>Creative autonomy: You're not following a corporate template.
