 🔑 Key Responsibilities1️⃣ CEO Time &amp; Priority Management (Non-Negotiable)
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own Ali Azhar&rsquo;s calendar end-to-end
 </li>
 <li>
 Ruthlessly prioritize meetings (cancel, shorten, or block low-value items)
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare daily/weekly agendas and priority briefs
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the CEO spends time only on
 
 high-impact decisions
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 2️⃣ Communication &amp; Gatekeeping
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as the primary gatekeeper for internal &amp; external communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Filter emails, WhatsApp, Slack, calls, and requests
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft replies, summaries, and responses on behalf of the CEO when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure nothing important is missed &mdash; and nothing unimportant reaches the CEO
 </li>
 </ul>
 3️⃣ Execution &amp; Follow-Ups
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track all CEO decisions and action items
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up with team members relentlessly until execution is complete
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a CEO execution dashboard (ClickUp / Notion / Sheets)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure commitments turn into outcomes &mdash; not excuses
 </li>
 </ul>
 4️⃣ Meetings, Documents &amp; Briefs
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare concise briefing documents before meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Take sharp, actionable notes during meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Convert discussions into clear next steps and owners
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize board decks, reports, contracts, and sensitive documents
 </li>
 </ul>
 5️⃣ Strategic &amp; Personal Support
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist with travel planning, logistics, and scheduling (local &amp; international)
 </li>
 <li>
 Support personal admin where it directly improves CEO performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle confidential and sensitive matters with absolute discretion
 </li>
 <li>
 Be available outside standard hours when required (high-trust role)
 </li>

 ✅ Required Skills &amp; Experience
 <ul>

 2&ndash;5+ years as an Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff / Ops role (startup or fast-growth preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional written &amp; spoken English
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of tools: Google Workspace, Notion/ClickUp, Slack, Calendars
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to summarize complex information clearly and fast
 </li>
 <li>
 High emotional intelligence and professional maturity
 </li>
 </ul>

 Experience working with founders or CEOs
 </li>

 Background in operations, strategy, or consulting
