Job Title : Accounts and Dispatch ExecutiveJob Summary We are looking for an Accounts and Dispatch Executive to handle dispatch coordination and basic accounting activities. The role includes preparing invoices and dispatch documents, coordinating with transporters, updating stock records, and supporting logistics and petty cash activities.Preferences Gender : M/FAge Bracket : 25 to 30 yearsExperience Range : 2-5 years.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>&middot; Plan and execute daily dispatches as per approved sales orders</li><li>&middot; Ensure correct material, quantity, and customer delivery every time</li><li>&middot; Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangement and timely pickup</li><li>&middot; Track dispatched vehicles and follow up till delivery and POD</li><li>&middot; Prepare sales invoices and dispatch documents, Generate E Way Bills and packing lists as required &amp; ensure all dispatch documents are complete and error free</li><li>&middot; Process transporter bill verification and submission</li><li>&middot; Update finished goods stock transfer entry in the system regularly</li><li>&middot; Maintain dispatch and stock records accurately</li><li>&middot; Prepare daily and monthly dispatch reports</li><li>&middot; Communicate dispatch status and issues clearly with internal teams</li><li>&middot; Ensure smooth coordination between production, stores, accounts, and transporters</li></ul>Education: Graduate in Commerce or equivalent preferred 2 to 5 years experience in dispatch, logistics, or accounts roleSkills: :<ul><li>Basic knowledge of invoicing / Accounting,</li><li>Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems preferred</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills,</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li></ul>Location Supa Factory Unit, Supa MIDC, AhilyanagarJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
