With our commitment to excellence and innovation, we deliver high-quality projects across the region.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will manage multiple civil and fit-out projects simultaneously, oversee site operations, and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage multiple concurrent civil engineering and fit-out projects from inception to completion</li><li>Meet with clients to understand requirements, develop solutions, and provide detailed quotations</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of foremen and technical staff, providing guidance and support and managing subcontractors</li><li>Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocations</li><li>Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance</li><li>Prepare and review technical designs, drawings, and specifications</li><li>Coordinate with regulatory authorities for necessary permits and approvals</li><li>Manage project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Identify and mitigate potential risks and implement corrective actions</li><li>Generate regular progress reports for management and clients</li><li>Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and HSE regulations</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)</li><li>4+ years of experience in civil engineering and construction project management</li><li>Professional Engineer certification with valid Qatar registration</li><li>Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in Qatar</li><li>Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations</li><li>Experience with fit-out projects and interior finishing works</li><li>Excellent client management and business development skills</li><li>Qatari Driving license is highly preferred</li><li>Strong leadership abilities and experience managing technical teams</li><li>Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD</li><li>Fluency in English, Hindi and Malayalam is preferred (Arabic is a plus)</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary package with performance bonuses</li><li>Housing allowance and transportation</li><li>Career advancement opportunities in a growing organization</li></ul>Location: Doha, Qatar Employment Type: Full-time, PermanentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current monthly salary in QAR?</li><li>What is your expected monthly salary in QAR?</li></ul>
