POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:</div><ul><li>
Able to perform all duties of Safety Representative</li><li>
Provide training and education programs to Company personnel</li><li>
Organize pre-job safety planning meetings to plan for potential hazards and problems prior to start of job</li><li>
Inspect jobsites to ensure Company Safety Program and OSHA compliance</li><li>
Provide emergency response plans for projects</li><li>
Arrange for basic first aid training for jobsite personnel</li><li>
Investigate and analyze bodily injury and property damage accidents</li><li>
Coordinate project safety programs with subcontractors</li><li>
Compile and issue regular accident report summaries</li><li>
Provide updated information to employees regarding safety requirements update or changes</li><li>
Assist with weekly foremen&rsquo;s and monthly superintendents safety meetings</li><li>
Identify and handle project management personnel needing assistance, training, or discipline in meeting Corporate Safety guidelines and goals</li><li>
Complete other responsibilities as assigned</li></ul><div><br>
MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS</div><ul><li>
Safety certification as CSP, ASP, CSP, OSHT, or CIH desired</li><li>
BS in safety or equivalent</li><li>
5 years experience in safety or safety related field</li><li>
Thorough knowledge of OSHA Construction Regulations</li><li>
Ability to evaluate construction work activities with respect to safety and loss control</li><li>
Ability to recognize and analyze Company trends with respect to Company accidents</li><li>
Ability to recognize training needs and develop training in safety</li><li>
Computer skills, i.e. Word, Power Point</li><li>
Presentation skills</li></ul><div></div><div>

<ul><li>Able to perform all Project Engineer job responsibilities</li><li>Maintain cost control ledger and job cost statements</li><li>Prepare billings and expedite payments</li><li>Estimate, prepare and negotiate Change Orders</li><li>Write subcontract Change Orders</li><li>Set up and maintain all aspects of the CMiC system</li><li>Prepare bid packages and solicit and evaluate bids</li><li>Write project procedures</li><li>Review plans for completeness and accuracy</li><li>Prepare Purchase Orders and Rental Agreements</li><li>Supervise and train Project Engineers and clerical staff</li><li>Complete other responsibilities as assigned</li></ul><br>
MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:<br>
<ul><li>Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience</li><li>Thorough understanding of plans and specifications</li><li>Field experience (Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent)</li><li>Effective written and verbal communications skills and organizational skills</li><li>3 - 4 years construction experience</li><li>1+ years scheduling and estimating experience</li></ul></div><div></div><div>
