 Position Overview
 
 
 
 We are seeking a detail-oriented
 
 Logistics Documentation Coordinator
 
 to provide essential administrative and operational support for logistics, trade compliance, and site operations. This role ensures accurate documentation, smooth workflow, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
 
 
 
 
 
 As a key member of the operations team, you will help maintain organized records, coordinate shipments, and support audits, contributing to efficient logistics and supply chain operations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for operational and compliance documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the flow of logistics documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely distribution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review import/export documentation (invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, AES/EEI filings) for accuracy and compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Archive and maintain records to support audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory documentation, and cycle counts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with warehouse staff, freight forwarders, and carriers to align shipment documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track shipments and communicate status updates to internal teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support onboarding documentation for vendors, visitors, and contractors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide administrative support during audits, compliance reviews, and process improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare reports, logs, and tracking tools using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Required:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in administrative, documentation, or logistics-related roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Preferred:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Familiarity with logistics/supply chain documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with ERP systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance processes.
 </li>
