What does an Associate Recruiter do at Swire Coca-Cola?
 As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a vital role in hiring various positions for Swire Coca-Cola. You will collaborate closely with hiring leaders, candidates, and human resources peers to identify top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. This position provides recruitment expertise and guidance to a variety of stakeholders. This role is responsible for the execution of the recruitment strategy and follow-through of attracting a best-in-class and highly motivated work force.
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Actively support execution of business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent to the business</li>
<li>Partner with hiring leaders to define candidate requirements and assist in creating effective job postings that attract applicants</li>
<li>Deliver full cycle recruitment (candidate screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection) to the business, in partnership with Sourcing and other TA team members</li>
<li>Utilize various recruitment channels, such as our applicant tracking system, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc., to post open positions and proactively adjust strategies if desired applicant flow is insufficient</li>
<li>Assist stakeholders with conducting on-time, quality candidate reviews and activities</li>
<li>Guide hiring leaders through the hiring process to ensure that the right talent is selected for the right role</li>
<li>Partner with hiring leaders and human resources peers to create an exceptional and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders</li>
<li>Source passive candidates through platforms like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience (1 additional year of experience required in lieu of every 1 year of schooling) required</li>
<li>1+ years experience working in human resources or recruiting/talent acquisition required</li>
<li>Knowledge of recruitment policies and processes including knowledge of equal employment opportunity regulations</li>
<li>Proficiency in leveraging communication technology (Teams, Zoom, etc.) for conducting candidate interviews</li>
<li>Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools</li>
<li>Familiarity with passive candidate sourcing tools (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, ATS, etc...)</li>

What does an Order Builder do at Swire Coca-Cola?
 As a member of our Warehouse team, you will help ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our great-tasting products. You will be responsible for building delivery loads with a variety of products onto pallets to fill customer orders in preparation of shipment and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. This work is completed in a fast-paced warehouse environment using powered industrial trucks while adhering to warehouse safety standards at all times.
 
Job Details: 
Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM Start until Finished
 Pay Rate: $19.50/hr
 Job Level: 1

Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and/or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s)</li>
<li>Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery</li>
<li>Stage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s)</li>
<li>Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment</li>
<li>Complete training requirements</li>
<li>Restock product in picking areas as needed</li>
<li>Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma (or GED) required</li>
<li>Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred</li>
<li>Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred</li>
<li>Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date</li>
<li>Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision</li>
<li>Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive</li>
