 What does a Merchandiser do at Swire Coca-Cola?
 Ensure all Swire Coca-Cola's customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards and expectations. Guarantee customer satisfaction in maintaining back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability throughout the store. Develop and preserve internal and external customer relationships while representing Swire Coca-Cola.

Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day</li>
<li>Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers</li>
<li>Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases</li>
<li>Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system</li>
<li>Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management</li>
<li>Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily</li>
<li>Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements</li>
<li>Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely</li>
<li>Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs</li>

Base pay range is $23.25/HR plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.

What does an Associate Recruiter do at Swire Coca-Cola?
 As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a vital role in hiring various positions for Swire Coca-Cola. You will collaborate closely with hiring leaders, candidates, and human resources peers to identify top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. This position provides recruitment expertise and guidance to a variety of stakeholders. This role is responsible for the execution of the recruitment strategy and follow-through of attracting a best-in-class and highly motivated work force.
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Actively support execution of business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent to the business</li>
<li>Partner with hiring leaders to define candidate requirements and assist in creating effective job postings that attract applicants</li>
<li>Deliver full cycle recruitment (candidate screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection) to the business, in partnership with Sourcing and other TA team members</li>
<li>Utilize various recruitment channels, such as our applicant tracking system, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc., to post open positions and proactively adjust strategies if desired applicant flow is insufficient</li>

Requirements:

What does an Order Builder do at Swire Coca-Cola?
 As a member of our Warehouse team, you will help ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our great-tasting products. You will be responsible for building delivery loads with a variety of products onto pallets to fill customer orders in preparation of shipment and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. This work is completed in a fast-paced warehouse environment using powered industrial trucks while adhering to warehouse safety standards at all times.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM Start until Finished
 Pay Rate: $19.50/hr

Responsibilities:

<li>Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and/or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s)</li>
<li>Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery</li>
<li>Stage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s)</li>
<li>Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment</li>
<li>Complete training requirements</li>
<li>Restock product in picking areas as needed</li>
<li>Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma (or GED) required</li>
<li>Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred</li>
<li>Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred</li>
<li>Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date</li>
<li>Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision</li>
<li>Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive</li>
