 Main Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Interact with individuals in the reception area
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist patients with the completion of electronic intake forms
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect payments
 </li>
 <li>
 Notify the clinical team of patient&rsquo;s arrival
 </li>
 <li>
 Escort patients to/from the front desk and introduce them to all applicable team members
 </li>
 <li>
 Contact insurance companies to verify and gather pertinent policy information
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with patients clearly and efficiently
 </li>
 <li>
 Set up accounts and create charts for new patients
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a &ldquo;team first&rdquo; and &ldquo;patient first&rdquo; attitude
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist patients in scheduling appointments
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties as assigned
 
 
 </li>

 Skills And Abilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Fluent in English; verbal and written
 </li>
 <li>
 Reliable transportation to ensure punctual attendance
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail Oriented
 </li>
 <li>
 Interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent telephone etiquette
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to cover shifts at locations not typically assigned
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Education And Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma or equivalent required
 </li>
 <li>
 Associate degree or higher preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 CPR and/or BLS certification preferred
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Physical Demands and Work Environment

 This position may be required to work more than 40 hours per week
