URGENT HIRING!!Position: Female Sales Executive &ndash; Luxury WatchesLocation: Sohar, Oman Employment Type: Full-Time / PermanentAbout the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Female Sales Executive (Native Arabic Speaker) to join our luxury watch retail team in City Centre suhar-OmanAs a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand and interact directly with customers every day. We believe in building relationships, understanding customer preferences, and providing a personalized shopping experience. Every customer who visits our store is valuable, whether they are making a purchase or exploring our collections.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welcome and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.</li><li>Understand customer needs and recommend suitable watch models based on their preferences.</li><li>Provide detailed product knowledge, including watch features, collections, pricing, and brand information.</li><li>Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.</li><li>Promote additional products through effective upselling techniques.</li><li>Maintain proper stock levels and ensure attractive product displays.</li><li>Handle sales transactions, billing, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales records and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Female candidate, preferably a Native Arabic Speaker.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury watches, jewelry, fashion, or premium brands.</li><li>Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong customer service mindset with a target-driven attitude.</li><li>Presentable, confident, and professional appearance.</li><li>Basic knowledge of POS systems and sales reporting.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Sales incentives/commission based on performance.</li><li>Career growth opportunities in the luxury retail industry.</li></ul>Interested candidates are invited to send their CV with a recent photo to sales@maisondeprince.comWork Location: In person
