Role SummaryThe Purchase Executive is responsible for managing procurement activities, maintaining optimal stock levels, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing to support smooth business operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing requirements.</li><li>Research, evaluate, and shortlist reliable vendors.</li><li>Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.</li><li>Update internal systems with order details such as dates, vendor information, quantities, and discounts.</li><li>Compare and evaluate vendor quotations; negotiate to secure better pricing and terms.</li><li>Maintain and organize records of invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.</li><li>Follow up with suppliers to confirm, expedite, or modify orders as needed.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse and store teams to ensure goods are received in proper condition.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Skills<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in a purchase or procurement role.</li><li>Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer applications.</li><li>Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.</li><li>Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational abilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
