Job Description:We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Luxury Retail Sales Associate to join our boutique team. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting high-end timepieces, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the brand's luxury standards. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in all areas of the sales process.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Promote and sell luxury timepieces to clients with a deep understanding of the brand and product.</li><li>Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.</li><li>Provide personalized service to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.</li><li>Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store display standards.</li><li>Ensure a seamless sales process from initial engagement to after-sales support.</li><li>Actively participate in achieving boutique sales targets and KPIs.</li><li>Attend and support brand events, in-store activities, and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Uphold housekeeping and operational standards in accordance with company policies.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;23,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
