Job Title: Income Auditor &amp; Accounts ReceivableDepartment: FinanceReports To: Financial ControllerJob PurposeTo ensure accurate recording of hotel revenues, effective control over daily income, and timely collection of receivables while maintaining compliance with company policies and audit standards.Key ResponsibilitiesIncome Audit<ul><li>Audit and verify daily hotel revenues (Rooms, F&amp;B, Other Outlets).</li><li>Ensure correct posting from PMS, POS, and other systems.</li><li>Review night audit reports and investigate discrepancies.</li><li>Verify cash, credit cards, city ledger, and allowances.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOPs.</li><li>Prepare daily revenue summaries and management reports.</li></ul>Accounts Receivable<ul><li>Maintain and control city ledger accounts.</li><li>Issue invoices accurately and on time.</li><li>Follow up on outstanding balances and ensure timely collections.</li><li>Prepare and monitor the aging report.</li><li>Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Operations regarding credit matters.</li><li>Ensure credit limits and terms are respected.</li><li>Reconcile AR balances with the general ledger.</li></ul>Controls &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure segregation of duties and proper documentation.</li><li>Support internal and external audits.</li><li>Report risks, variances, and irregularities to management.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.</li><li>High attention to detail.</li><li>Knowledge of hotel PMS/POS systems.</li><li>Strong communication and follow-up skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
