Swiss&ocirc;tel Al Maqam is part of a new urban development, including two restaurants, one executive lounge, two meeting rooms and a business centre. It has private entrances that make it easier for our valuable gusts to reach Al Masjid Al Haram 
Job Description 
<ul><li>
Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.</li><li>
Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed.</li><li>
Handle guest concerns and respond promptly, logging and notifying the appropriate departments.</li><li>
Actively participate in daily briefings, warm-ups, and departmental meetings.</li><li>
Ensure Room Attendants are informed daily about priorities in their section.</li><li>
Follow departmental policies and procedures.</li><li>
Report necessary maintenance items.</li><li>
Follow all safety and sanitation policies.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Previous leadership experience (an asset).</li><li>
University/College degree in a related discipline (an asset).</li><li>
Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>
High level of responsibility and reliability.</li><li>
Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.</li></ul>

Constant standing and walking throughout the shift.</li><li>
