Position: TL/Manager E-CommerceKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce site, ensuring smooth functionality, including product listings, pricing updates, promotions, and inventory management.</li><li>Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, increase conversion rates, and enhance overall online revenue.</li><li>Monitor and analyze website performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, etc.) using analytics tools.</li><li>Generate regular performance reports and propose data-driven improvements.</li><li>Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure product descriptions, images, and other on-site content are engaging, accurate, and optimized for search engines.</li><li>Manage content calendars for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.</li><li>Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing user-friendly features and resolving any technical or customer issues promptly.</li><li>Oversee customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media channels to ensure timely and satisfactory responses.</li><li>Coordinate with third-party vendors, developers, and technology partners to integrate tools and technologies that enhance e-commerce functionality.</li><li>Manage relationships with logistics, payment gateway, and fulfillment partners.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the e-commerce platform remains competitive.</li><li>Analyze competitors and market data to identify growth opportunities.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.</li><li>7-9 years of experience managing e-commerce operations (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.</li><li>Hands-on experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).</li><li>Excellent organizational and project management skills.</li><li>Strong communication and vendor management skills.</li><li>Data-driven mindset with problem-solving capabilities.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Market-competitive salary.</li><li>EOBI &amp; Provident Fund.</li><li>Annual increments.</li><li>OPD, IPD &amp; entitled leaves.</li></ul>Location: Onsite | IslamabadTo apply: Send your resume to careers@switch.com.pk with the Subject line &quot;Manager E- Commerce&quot;.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>E-Commerce: 7 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
