The role ensures that procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory operations run efficiently to meet customer and business requirements on time and at the best cost.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate daily supply chain operations between procurement, logistics, and sales teams.</li><li>Track and monitor purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and update ERP systems accordingly.</li><li>Prepare and analyze reports on stock movement, delivery performance, and supplier lead times.</li><li>Support demand forecasting and replenishment planning activities.</li><li>Resolve discrepancies in shipments, invoices, and inventory data.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, import/export regulations, and quality standards.</li><li>Collaborate with finance to verify supplier invoices and logistics costs.</li><li>Identify areas for process improvement within the supply chain workflow.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
