Role Overview</b></h3><p>
We are seeking a Product Designer II who is comfortable owning full design cycles - from discovery to delivery- on medium to large features. You&rsquo;ll work independently with cross-functional teams, driving design strategy while contributing to the design system and team growth.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Design and iterate on complex features across web and mobile interfaces.</li><li>
Plan and conduct user research and usability testing.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.</li><li>
Maintain visual consistency and UX integrity through design systems.</li><li>
Contribute to team rituals like design reviews and critiques.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Requirements</b></h3><ul><li>
3&ndash;5 years of product design experience, with a portfolio of shipped features.</li><li>
Proficient in Figma and familiar with prototyping, research, and motion.</li><li>
Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Able to make design decisions backed by user data and business insights.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
