Scope of Work<ul><li>Lead architectural design development from concept to Good for Construction (GFC) stage</li><li>Develop creative, innovative, and context-sensitive design solutions aligned with project brief</li><li>Prepare and thoroughly review detailed architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, fa&ccedil;ade details, and execution drawings</li><li>Ensure high level of detailing accuracy and design consistency in all drawings</li><li>Oversee presentation drawings, 3D views, and client presentation materials with strong visual clarity</li><li>Effectively utilize design software and AI tools for concept generation, visualization, presentation enhancement, and documentation efficiency</li><li>Coordinate effectively with Structural, MEP, and other consultants</li><li>Conduct client meetings, explain design concepts confidently, and manage revisions</li><li>Guide and supervise junior architects, draftsmen, and interns</li><li>Monitor drawing quality and compliance with local building regulations</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to maintain design intent during execution</li><li>Conduct site visits and resolve technical or design-related issues</li><li>Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of all architectural outputs</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>B.Arch / M.Arch with minimum7+ years of experience</li><li>Strong creative design ability with excellent detailing skills</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit / SketchUp/AI tool</li><li>Experience in Premium ,residential hospitality &amp; commercial projects preferred</li><li>Strong leadership, presentation, and communication skill.</li></ul>pls share drop cv in admin@spacextended.comJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
