We&rsquo;re looking for a creative and versatile Communications &amp; Social Media Manager to join our aerospace company. This role blends copywriting, public relations, and digital marketing to tell SyberJet&rsquo;s story to the world. 
 
You&rsquo;ll craft compelling content, manage social channels, build media relationships, and support marketing initiatives - all while working in a small, collaborative environment where flexibility and initiative are valued. Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Write, edit, and publish high-quality content including press releases, web copy, newsletters, and internal communications.</li>
<li>Develop a consistent brand voice across all written materials.</li>
<li>Manage press outreach and distribution, coordinating with media contacts and industry publications.</li>
<li>Track and report earned media coverage and engagement.</li>
<li>Develop, implement, and manage strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, and YouTube.</li>
<li>Create and curate content (copy, photo, and video) that aligns with SyberJet&rsquo;s mission and audience.</li>
<li>Monitor analytics and engagement metrics, providing insights to optimize performance.</li>
<li>Respond to community inquiries and engage professionally across platforms.</li>
<li>Work closely with leadership, engineering, and marketing to highlight company milestones and innovations.</li>
<li>Support marketing campaigns, trade shows, and special projects.</li>
<li>Stay current with social media trends, aerospace news, and digital communications best practices.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for creative storytelling and brand growth.</li> 
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in communications, social media management, or PR (aerospace, technology, or engineering experience preferred).</li>
<li>Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to tone, clarity, and detail.</li>
<li>Proficiency with social media tools and analytics platforms.</li>
<li>Experience managing press releases, media relationships, and content calendars.</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small-team environment where flexibility and initiative are key.</li>
<li>Basic familiarity with design or video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.</li>
<li>Understanding of copyright and trademark best practices in marketing and communications.</li> 
</ul>
