***IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERABLE***Experience: 4&ndash;5 years Location: Chennai Industry: Data / AnalyticsJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive / Team Lead &ndash; Data to manage and analyze large datasets, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and hands-on experience working in the data industry.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage data-related projects and a small data operations team.</li><li>Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.</li><li>Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel and other tools.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Analytics, Business, and Tech) to deliver actionable insights.</li><li>Automate repetitive data processes to improve efficiency.</li><li>Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and presentations.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>4&ndash;5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or data operations.</li><li>Excellent proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, macros preferred).</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in the data industry (analytics, data operations, or reporting).</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to handle large data sets accurately.</li><li>Experience with data visualization or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication and team management skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.</li><li>Experience in data automation and reporting processes.</li></ul>To Apply: Send your resume to hr@sybrant.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
