Job Description<ul><li>Take full ownership of assigned technical and development activities for change requests, minor enhancements, major enhancements, and project tasks related to enterprise mobile applications.</li><li>Perform cross-platform mobile application development and configuration, with strong focus on Flutter-based application development.</li><li>Participate in migration and modernization of existing enterprise mobile applications to Flutter framework.</li><li>Design, develop, and implement responsive, reusable, and scalable mobile application UI compatible across multiple device sizes (mobile and tablet).</li><li>Implement business validations, client-side workflows, and application logic as per business requirements.</li><li>Integrate mobile applications with backend systems using REST APIs, JSON, and middleware services.</li><li>Develop and manage integrations including payment gateways and secure transaction handling where applicable.</li><li>Implement bilingual (English/Arabic) mobile applications including full RTL (Right-to-Left) support.</li><li>Manage full lifecycle development including application signing, certification, packaging, and release to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.</li><li>Host and deploy web services as required.</li><li>Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.</li><li>Document code consistently throughout development and enhancement processes.</li><li>Generate and maintain required design documents and technical documentation.</li><li>Design solutions based on business requirements and user specifications.</li><li>Review technical solutions when required.</li><li>Participate in peer code/design reviews to ensure delivery of quality solutions.</li><li>Liaise with functional consultants and Business IS teams during design, development, testing, and deployment phases.</li><li>Review, fix, enhance, and develop code as required.</li><li>Perform quality assurance and testing for all deliverables.</li><li>Follow HMC Service Management guidelines, strictly adhering to Change and Release Management processes and using the HMC ticket management system for deployments.</li></ul>Experience and Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in mobility development technologies.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart, including clean architecture and scalable application design.</li><li>Experience in cross-platform mobile application development for Android and iOS (Mobile and Tablet).</li><li>Experience in enterprise mobile application migration and modernization initiatives.</li><li>Strong experience in state management techniques and REST API integration.</li><li>Experience in full lifecycle development (including signing and release) of Android and iOS applications.</li><li>Experience in managing iOS certifications, provisioning profiles, licensing.</li><li>Working knowledge of Node.js for middleware/API coordination is preferred.</li><li>Experience incorporating technologies such as geo-tracking, maps, and secure mobile features.</li><li>Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Fusion will be considered an asset.</li><li>Understanding of hosting and deploying web services.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:<ul><li>Flutter UI/UX : 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
