 Scope of Practice
 
 
 
 The role focuses on advanced
 
 non-surgical aesthetic dermatology
 
 , including:

 Botox injections

 Dermal fillers
 </li>

 Laser skin treatments
 </li>
 <li>
 Chemical peels
 </li>

 PRP therapy
 </li>

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deliver high-volume, high-quality aesthetic procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct consultations and develop tailored treatment plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a premium patient experience and outcomes
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage personal reputation to attract and retain patients
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with clinic management on revenue growth strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with **Kuwait Ministry of Health regulations and clinical standards

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Board-certified / internationally trained Dermatologist (Specialist or Consultant level)
 </li>
 <li>
 Well-known in the GCC aesthetic market, with a strong reputation specifically in Kuwait
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in aesthetic dermatology within private sector clinics
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of expertise in injectables, laser, and skin rejuvenation procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Existing patient following or strong personal brand is a major advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Eligible for Kuwait MOH licensing (or already licensed)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and patient engagement skills

 Key Requirements

 Must be currently based in Doha or willing to relocate immediately
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid QCHP (MOPH Qatar) License &ndash; Mandatory
 </li>
 <li>
 Consultant-level qualification (FRCOphth / American Board / equivalent Tier 1)
 </li>
 <li>
 Fellowship or subspecialty training in Oculoplastics / Orbital / Lacrimal
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5+ years post-specialist experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Western-trained candidates preferred

 Role Scope

 Management of oculoplastic, orbital &amp; lacrimal cases
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform advanced surgical procedures (functional + aesthetic)
 </li>

 Work within a multidisciplinary ophthalmology department
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain compliance with Qatar MOPH standards &amp; revalidation

 Qualifications &amp; Requirements

 Medical Degree + specialization in Plastic Surgery

 Board certification / equivalent (European Board, UK CCT, Arab Board, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of post-specialization experience (more for Consultant level)
 </li>
 <li>
 Active or eligible license with the Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP) under the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in facial aesthetics and cosmetic procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and patient-handling skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Aesthetic portfolio or case log is highly preferred
