What we need</div><div>
The ML Vision Team at Symbotic is expanding, and we&rsquo;re looking to hire a software engineer to help us build Machine Learning solutions. The candidate will assist in the development of deep learning vision models that will help our fleet of autonomous robots to accomplish their missions safely, accurately, and with super-human efficiency. The engineer is expected to help in all tasks that would develop ML solutions and deploy them to run on our fleet.</div><div></div><div>

What you will do</div><ul><li><div>
Implement and maintain state-of-the-art on-bot vision solutions using python, C++, Docker, Kubernetes and other modern tools.</div></li><li><div>
Build on-bot and in-cloud infrastructure to develop and deploy state-of-the-art binocular and 3D vision solutions.</div></li><li><div>
Design and build dashboards and metrics to help develop and monitor vision solutions.</div></li><li><div>
Intimately understand the sensor package and work closely with electrical engineers and Linux Kernel developers to ensure correctness and timeliness of processed data.</div></li><li><div>
Work closely with our QA and DevOps engineers to deploy our solutions to the robot fleet across the world.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
What you will need</div><ul><li><div>
A minimum of Master&rsquo;s degree in a related discipline (i.e. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)</div></li><li><div>
Minimum of 6 years of solid professional experience in software engineering, skilled with an expertise in at least one language and its associated stack. The ideal candidate will check-in thoughtful, working code quickly and consistently.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to understand and help design a modern perception of hardware and software stack for a complex robotics system.</div></li><li><div>
Direct experience with developing ML models from scratch and implementing SOTA vision models in real-world applications.</div></li><li><div>
Plus: Experience implementing portable solutions using containers both in cloud and on edge.</div></li><li><div>
Plus: Experience with ML cloud computing models and tools (WandB, TFX, TensorBoard, KFP, etc.)</div></li><li><div>
Leadership: need to own a perception sub-system.</div></li><li><div>

What we need</div><div>
We are looking to hire a Communications &amp; Operations Lead to support execution across our internal communications program, while helping drive operational discipline and consistency for the Communications team. This is a hands-on, non-managerial role focused on internal communications programming, content development and writing, and coordination of key initiatives. You will also provide light support for external communications activities in partnership with our agency team, along with select team operations responsibilities. This position reports to the VP, Communications.</div><div></div><div>
