Responsibilities:
<div>
As a <b>Director of Rehab (Program Manager),</b> you will be responsible for supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community. As the leader of our interdisciplinary team, you will act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes.</div>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PTA, PT, COTA, OT, or SLP).</li><li>
Hold a valid state license.</li><li>
Previous managerial experience of at least one year required in SNF/LTC settting.
</li><li>At least 2 years experience in acute care, long term care/skilled nursing</li><li>
