Our holistic system is designed to treat not only symptoms but also the root causes of pain, resulting in lasting recovery and enhanced mobility.Position: Front Desk AdministratorResponsibilities:<ul><li>Work as part of a two-person administrative team</li><li>Greet and support clients throughout their rehabilitation journey</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling and client records</li><li>Maintain and update client data in AMO CRM and Altegio Online systems</li><li>Ensure high-quality customer service and support clinic operations</li><li>Contribute to client engagement and conversion processes</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Experience with CRM systems (preferably AMO CRM)</li><li>Basic knowledge of clinical or wellness services is a plus</li><li>Responsibility, attentiveness, and a client-focused mindset</li><li>Compensation and Benefits:</li><li>Performance-based commission (% of monthly clinic revenue)</li><li>Additional bonuses tied to conversion rates and performance metrics</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
