Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Process customer orders by using company pricing and commission practices</li><li>
Provide order information, expedite, cancel and change orders</li><li>
Verifies and determines product specifications</li><li>
Determines appropriate delivery method based on customer&rsquo;s need and schedules order fulfillment date by using company published lead times</li><li>
Determine best method to resolve basic customer service problems to ensure customer satisfaction</li><li>
Building strong and trusting relationships with customers</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience</li><li>
1-2 years prior experience in a customer service or call center environment required, with a demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes and deliver exceptional service</li><li>
Previous plumbing background experience either in sales or general plumbing is a plus</li><li>
A strong aptitude for troubleshooting is strongly desired
</li><li>Must be motivated and able to work independently</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>
Possess strong PC skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>
Pleasant and friendly phone attitude</li><li>
Collaborative team player</li></ul>
