Your role<div> 
In this remote role, you will learn about and support all aspects of marketing research for the individual product categories such as Food, Beverage &amp; Health. The Marketing Intern will study existing reports (if applicable), develop, or propose enhancements for the tasks below: 
<ul><li>Support Marketing leaders &amp; Marketing VP: Update report sourcing from secondary data (e.g., Euromonitor, Mintel, desk research) and internal business databases (CX).</li><li>Conduct Market Research: Identify online trends and opportunities.</li><li>Administrative Support: Assist the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.</li><li>Prepare Action Plans and Meeting Notes: Keep project status up-to-date and ensure clear communication.</li><li>Brainstorming Sessions: Participate in brainstorming sessions for customer concept developments.</li><li>PowerPoint Presentations: Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations to support Marketing.</li></ul>
Additional Responsibilities: 
<ul><li>Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data.</li><li>Learning and Development: Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your marketing skills.</li><li>Feedback Loop: Provide and receive constructive feedback to improve processes and strategies.</li><li>Take on additional projects as needed to support the marketing department.</li></ul></div> 
About you<ul><li> 
Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college in Junior or Senior year</li><li>Your degree should be business related (ie., Business Admin., Mgmt., Marketing, etc.)</li><li>Availability to work remote schedule 20-30 hours/week</li><li>Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)</li><li>Demonstrated theoretical and practical knowledge of project management processes, workflows and terminology</li><li>Attributes i.e., communication, customer service oriented, organized, critical-thinking, problem solving, initiative, quick learner</li><li>Action oriented and enjoys working in matrix organization</li><li>Teamplayer</li><li>Ability to resolve conflicts or escalate to Marketing Team as needed</li></ul>

Marketing Intern

Duties and Responsibility:**
<ul><li>Responsible for keeping equipment i.e. dryers, evaporators boilers etc. throughout the plant in working order.
</li><li>Management retains the discretion to modify and change these duties at any time
</li><li>Trouble shoots and repairs any electrical or mechanical problem
</li><li>Performs preventative maintenance
</li><li>Weld any item that needs welding
</li><li>Must be able to weld stainless steel sanitary (within the first 6 months)
</li><li>Must be able to read and understand any manual on machinery and ask questions if in doubt.
</li><li>Must be able to understand the use of each chemical used at IsoNova for production, ingredient and cleaning. This includes how to properly mix chemicals and what chemicals not to use together, plus the proper handling procedures and protective gear that must be worn during the use of the chemicals.
</li><li>Must be able to work with very little supervision.
</li><li>Must be able to rebuild machinery as needed.
</li><li>Strictly follows all safety procedures and uses all required personal protective equipment.
</li><li>Assure that other associates and contractors are following IsoNova safety policies and procedures.
</li><li>Management retains the discretion to modify or change these duties at any time.
