Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in small business accounting, a thorough understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to operate within Quickbook's accounting software.Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial records, including balance sheets and income statements. - Perform account analysis and ensure the accuracy of financial statements. - Conduct regular account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. - Provide support for tax preparation and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws. - Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements. - Manage and maintain the organization's accounting software, including Quickbooks. - Perform bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. - Ensure that financial transactions are accurately recorded and posted. - Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management. - Collaborate with other accounting and finance staff members to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations. - Perform special projects and tasks as assigned by management.Skills:- Strong background in corporate accounting and public accounting. - Experience with account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation. - Proficiency in Quickbooks accounting software. - Experience with account analysis and tax preparation. - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Ability to work accurately and efficiently. - Strong organizational and analytical skills. - Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.NOTE: Requires home office visit twice a month.
