Summary:
The Sr. Electrical Engineer will develop and support our industry-leading traffic products. The successful candidate will help create products that allow the visually impaired to safely experience the world on their own terms.
JOB DUTIES: Include but are not limited to the following:<ul><li>
Maintain and enhance electronic designs for existing product lines.</li><li>
Own the electronic system design cycle from requirements through launch and beyond.</li><li>
Design, develop, test and debug electronic designs.</li><li>
Integrate, verify and validate new product designs and design changes.</li><li>
Perform design reviews.</li><li>
Interface with a cross-functional engineering team.</li><li>
Support the Tech Support team with intimate product knowledge.</li><li>
Contribute to a fun and innovative work environment.</li></ul>
Requirements:

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>
Degree in Electrical, Electronic or Computer Engineering</li><li>
8-10 years of experience</li></ul>
TECHNICAL SKILLS:<ul><li>
Schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium.</li><li>
Circuit simulation.</li><li>
DFx Experience (e.g. Assembly, Manufacturing, Test, etc.)</li><li>
Experience in microcontroller based digital design.</li><li>
Experience in basic analog design.</li><li>
Knowledge of wired communication interfaces, such as SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, USB and Ethernet.</li><li>
Knowledge of wireless technologies, such as Bluetooth Low Energy and Wi-Fi.</li><li>
Experience with oscilloscopes, multi-meters and similar tools, to debug and validate electronic designs.</li><li>
Familiarity with PCBA manufacturing processes.</li><li>
Experience qualifying designs for EMC/EMI compliance.</li></ul>

Senior Electrical Engineer

<div>Description:

The National Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and management of channel partner relationships for the Parking and Access product lines. This role focuses on identifying, recruiting, and enabling distributors and resellers to promote and sell company solutions across the assigned territory.
Requirements:

 Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to expand market reach and achieve sales goals.</li><li>
Identify and recruit new distribution partners, focusing on non-exclusive relationships to maximize coverage.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners through regular communication, joint business planning, and performance reviews.</li><li>
Provide first-line technical and sales support to distributors, ensuring accurate product positioning and technical understanding.</li><li>
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide channel partners with up-to-date product information, training materials, and promotional content.</li><li>
Attend trade shows, regional conferences, and customer events to represent the company and strengthen partner relationships.</li><li>
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform channel strategies and future product needs.</li><li>
Manage partner performance metrics, including pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and sales growth.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).</li><li>
5+ years of experience in channel or distributor sales, preferably within the Parking, Access Control, or Intelligent Transportation industries.</li><li>
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to support product demonstrations and training.</li><li>
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>
Ability to travel 50&ndash;75% of the time.</li></ul>
Preferred Experience:<ul><li>
Experience working with municipal, transportation, or infrastructure-related technology.</li><li>
Proven record of developing channel sales programs and increasing partner engagement.</li><li>
Comfort working independently with remote teams and cross-functional stakeholders.</li></ul></div>
