Job Title: Vendor Development Executive &ndash; Buying (Logistics) Location: Gurgaon Experience: 3+ yrsJob Summary: We are looking for a Vendor Development Executive who can handle vehicle buying and vendor management for our logistics business. The person should have experience in dealing with truck vendors (especially 20-feet trucks), know market freight rates, and have worked with 500+ vendors across India.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Find and develop new transport vendors and fleet owners across India.</li><li>Buy or arrange 20-feet trucks and other vehicles from the market as per company needs.</li><li>Negotiate best freight rates with vendors based on current market prices.</li><li>Maintain good relationships with all vendors to ensure regular vehicle availability.</li><li>Keep track of market rates, vehicle availability, and transport trends.</li><li>Coordinate with the operations team to place vehicles on time.</li><li>Keep proper records of vendors, their performance, and rates.</li><li>Build and manage a strong vendor network across all major transport hubs in India.</li><li>Share regular reports on vendor performance and cost savings.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Graduate in any field (preferably Logistics or Supply Chain).</li><li>Experience: 3&ndash;7 years in vendor development or vehicle buying in logistics.</li><li>Must have experience in 20-feet truck operations and pan-India vendor handling.</li><li>Should know market rates and freight trends across regions.</li><li>Good at negotiation, communication, and relationship building.</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Excel or ERP systems for vendor tracking.</li><li>Able to work under pressure and meet vehicle placement deadlines.</li></ul>Salary:Attractive salary with incentives based on performance.Only Male CandidateJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;32,000.00 - &#8377;36,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
