We are looking for an experienced Training Manager, based in Fairburn, GA to plan, direct and coordinate training at the facility. You will be responsible for responsible for improving performance, productivity, and efficiency through the implementation of effective training methods and strategies. About the Role</h2>

How you will contribute
<ul><li>Identify operational training needs within syncreon through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.</li>
<li>Design and expand training and development programs based on both syncreon and the individual's needs, devise overall training strategy.</li>
<li>Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.</li>
<li>Possess an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages</li>
<li>Liaison with the various training leads in each site to ensure consistent approach to training is implemented.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 

Your Key Qualifications
<ul><li>Bachelor level, ideally in an education/training &amp; development/lean discipline.</li>
<li>Experience in a logistics environment as well as in Training &amp; Development.</li>

How you will contribute
<ul><li>Manage the daily activities of a logistics operation to maximize scheduling and delivery of commodities to the customer.</li>
<li>Interface with customer to ensure smooth -coordination of scheduling and maximization of schedule adherence; provides input on local conditions, identifies needs and receives direction on real-time staffing increases or decreases.</li>
<li>Enact contingency plans as needed; escalate and direct activities during system problems, disasters, etc.; identify potential problems, troubleshoot, escalate issues to local and senior management, and participate in post-mortem analysis of problems providing input for future process improvements.</li>
<li>Review ongoing performance results to targets. Take corrective measures with authorization, escalate as needed</li>
<li>Responsible for providing effective leadership to the Warehouse Managers and/or team, enforcing company standards, act as a role model.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 

Your Key Qualifications
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.</li>
<li>Progressive experience performing professional level operational and plant management duties; preferably in automotive or logistics industry.</li>
<li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write documents using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management and customer.</li>
<li>Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.</li>
<li>Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.</li>
