We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamicteam. The ideal candidate will have an MBA in Finance with 7+ years of experience infinancial research, corporate reporting, investment analysis, and client communication.The role requires a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of financial markets,company fundamentals, and industry dynamics.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead comprehensive financial and industry research using Stock Exchange Data,</li><li>Analyst Reports, Industry Databases, Company Filings, and tools such as Ace Equity,</li><li>Bloomberg, or CapitalIQ.</li><li>Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality content including Investor</li><li>Presentations, Information Memorandums, Valuation Decks, and Industry Reports.</li><li>Provide financial advisory support for client mandates such as IPO communication,</li><li>investor relations strategy, and capital markets outreach.</li><li>Analyze complex financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&amp;amp;L, Cash Flow) and extract</li><li>actionable insights through financial modeling and ratio analysis.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior analysts, reviewing their work for accuracy and strategic</li><li>alignment.</li><li>Drive the preparation of client-facing reports and documents, ensuring clear, insightful,</li><li>and investor-friendly communication.</li><li>Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their business models and advising on</li><li>market positioning and investor expectations.</li><li>Leverage advanced MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel) to create</li><li>impactful presentations and dashboards.</li><li>Stay updated with market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging</li><li>opportunities across industries.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>MBA in Finance or related field.</li><li>Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, research, and corporate</li><li>communications.</li><li>Proven expertise in financial modeling, equity research, valuation analysis, and</li><li>investor presentations.</li><li>Strong command over financial statement analysis and financial metrics.</li><li>Proficiency in Ace Equity and similar tools; experience with Bloomberg or CapitalIQ</li><li>is a plus.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with CXO-level</li><li>stakeholders.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and manage multiple client</li><li>deliverables simultaneously.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;1,000,000.00 - &#8377;1,500,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
