We are seeking a Social Media &amp; Content Manager who can take ownership of our organic social ecosystem; someone who combines creative execution with performance analytics and understands how content drives brand awareness, patient engagement, and lead generation. 
This is a high-visibility role where your work directly impacts brand growth across a national healthcare brand. 
 
Role Overview 
The Social Media &amp; Content Manager will lead the execution and optimization of SynergenX and Low T Center&rsquo;s organic social presence across platforms including: 
<ul><li>Instagram</li><li>Facebook</li><li>TikTok</li><li>LinkedIn</li><li>X (Twitter)</li></ul>
This role blends content strategy, hands-on content creation, analytics, and channel ownership. 
You will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing, Creative Manager, and Digital team while owning the day-to-day performance of our social media presence. 
This is an ideal role for a content professional who enjoys both strategy and execution and wants ownership of a growing national brand&rsquo;s social presence.
What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months 
The person in this role will: 
<ul><li>Establish a consistent and strategic content cadence across all major platforms</li><li>Increase audience growth and engagement across social channels</li><li>Launch multiple high-performing short-form video campaigns</li><li>Improve brand engagement and audience interaction metrics</li><li>Deliver insights that influence future marketing strategy and campaigns</li></ul>
Success in this role will be measured by engagement growth, audience expansion, and content performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities 
Social Media Strategy &amp; Channel Ownership 
<ul><li>Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals</li><li>Own the day-to-day management of all social media platforms</li><li>Manage posting cadence, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement</li><li>Maintain consistent brand voice across platforms</li><li>Monitor comments, messages, and mentions to build community and trust</li></ul>
Content Creation &amp; Campaign Execution 
<ul><li>Create and publish short-form video, social posts, captions, and campaigns</li><li>Collaborate with internal creative teams to produce high-quality visual assets</li><li>Translate healthcare topics into engaging content for consumer audiences</li><li>Maintain and execute a structured content calendar tied to campaigns</li><li>Support blog, landing page, and email content as needed</li></ul>
Analytics, Performance &amp; Optimization 
<ul><li>Track engagement, audience growth, traffic, and conversion metrics</li><li>Utilize platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or similar tools</li><li>Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement</li><li>Conduct A/B testing on content formats, messaging, and posting cadence</li><li>Translate analytics into clear insights and recommendations</li></ul>
Trend Awareness &amp; Platform Innovation 
<ul><li>Monitor social platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging content formats</li><li>Test new storytelling approaches and social features</li><li>Identify influencer or collaboration opportunities aligned with brand voice</li></ul>
Required Qualifications 
<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of professional experience managing social media and content for a brand</li><li>Demonstrated ownership of brand social media accounts with measurable growth results</li><li>Experience working with direct-to-consumer brands (healthcare, wellness, consumer, or regulated industries preferred)</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field</li><li>Strong writing and storytelling abilities</li><li>Experience with social media management and analytics platforms</li><li>Strong organization and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment</li></ul>
Tools &amp; Platforms You May Work With 
<ul><li>Meta Business Suite</li><li>TikTok Creator Tools</li><li>Google Analytics</li><li>Social media management platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar)</li><li>Creative collaboration tools such as Adobe or Canva</li></ul>
Portfolio &amp; Proof of Results (Required) 
Candidates must include a portfolio or examples of social media accounts they personally managed, including: 
<ul><li>Links to social accounts you managed directly</li><li>Examples of posts, campaigns, or short-form video content</li><li>Performance metrics (engagement, audience growth, traffic, conversions)</li><li>A brief explanation of your role in the strategy and execution</li></ul>

Schedule Structure: 
Initial Schedule: 
4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote 
After 90&ndash;120 days, hybrid eligibility may be reassessed based on performance, KPIs, and demonstrated success. 
Candidates must already reside in the Houston area. 
Relocation assistance is not available.
