Qualifications</h3>

To be considered for this position, candidates must:
<ul>
<li>Be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program or be scheduled to graduate within the next six (6) months.</li>
<li>Hold, or be eligible to obtain, a valid Arkansas Physical Therapist Assistant license.</li>
<li>Have a passion for helping older adults maximize their independence and quality of life.</li>
<li>Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
