Synergy companies are looking for a new Telemarketer to join our San Leandro team. As a member of our Sales team , You&rsquo;ll be responsible for connecting with prospective clients over the phone, generating leads, and driving sales with your charisma, confidence, and ability to articulate value. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy relationships building, and are passionate about delivering results, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you. 
What you&rsquo;ll be doing:
<ul>
<li>Engage with prospects over the phone in a friendly, confident, and professional manner to present our programs and services</li>
<li>Generate leads by creating interest, qualifying prospects, and identifying customer needs</li>
<li>Use your sales skills to build trust, overcome objections, and close deals effectively</li>
<li>Track and maintain records of calls, conversations, and sales through reporting tools</li>
<li> Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent communication, meet targets, and share best practices</li>
<li>Hiring, training, and managing a sales team</li>
<li>Sales coordination with administration and production staff</li>
<li>Sales forecasting and reporting</li></ul>
