The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hiring top talent, developing retention programs, and fostering a strong organizational culture to attract and retain skilled professionals in the engineering sector.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition &amp; Hiring Strategy<ul><li>Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for key technical, managerial, and leadership roles.</li><li>Build a strong employer brand to attract top engineering and technical talent.</li><li>Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions tailored to business expansion.</li><li>Implement innovative sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and industry networks.</li><li>Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and university placement cells for campus hiring.</li><li>Ensure efficient hiring turnaround time while maintaining quality in selection.</li></ul>Employee Retention &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Design and implement employee retention programs to reduce attrition, especially for critical roles.</li><li>Develop career development plans, succession planning, and internal growth opportunities to retain high performers.</li><li>Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.</li><li>Establish mentorship and training programs to foster employee growth and job satisfaction.</li><li>Promote a positive work culture through reward &amp; recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and employee engagement activities.</li></ul>HR Operations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Work closely with HR and leadership to ensure best HR practices in hiring and onboarding.</li><li>Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Indian labor laws and company policies.</li><li>Maintain HR analytics and dashboards to track hiring effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and retention trends.</li><li>Manage performance evaluations and exit interview processes to identify improvement areas.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s/Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Proven 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.</li><li>Strong understanding of hiring in the engineering/manufacturing sector.</li><li>Experience with HR Tech platforms, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and LinkedIn Recruiter.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to attract and retain top talent.</li><li>Ability to build a high-performance culture and align talent strategy with business growth.</li><li>Strong networking skills with industry professionals, recruitment firms, and engineering colleges.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Opportunity to drive talent strategy for a rapidly growing company in the Indian market.</li><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li><li>Exposure to international hiring and collaboration with global teams.</li><li>Fast-growing work environment with career progression opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
