Our HR Technology strategy involves a forward-thinking approach to understanding current and future trends as well as the impact of our investments in our people. The HR Technology Specialist is a member of the HR function. They will be the primary support contact for our Workday user community while also ensuring that the security and confidentiality of our Workday platform is maintained. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of the HR function, is proactive and creative in looking at issues, an strong team player, and is comfortable with navigating the Workday platform. There is room for role expansion to support other HR technology systems.<ul><li></li></ul><div>
Some of What You'll Do</div><div><div>
Scope of the Role:</div><ul><li>
Direct Reports: This is an individual contributor role and has no direct reports.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Key Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Support areas of Workday, such as Compensation and Time/Attendance</li><li>
Support contact for the Workday user community by trouble shooting problems, answering questions ensuring queries are addressed in a timely manner with excellent customer service</li><li>
Collaborate with Workday Community to resolve issues found within Workday and proactively remain informed about Workday enhancements</li><li>
Create documentation for new processes and update existing documentation based on enhancements made to existing processes</li><li>
Perform administrative functions including security maintenance, business process configuration, data loads, password resets, etc. for Workday and other HR platforms</li><li>
Assist with twice a year mandatory system enhancement release, including regression testing and identifying process improvements</li><li>
Regularly perform data audits and validations, and follow up with appropriate teams for corrections</li><li>
Collaborate with HR and functional stakeholders to build reporting (including calculated fields, all report types)</li></ul><div></div><div>
 Experience, Education and Certifications:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree: human resources preferred or related field</li><li>
3+ years of back-end experience on the Workday platform with experience in Workday Compensation and Time/Attendance strongly preferred</li><li>
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant Human Resources work experience</li><li>
Excellent customer service skills, able to collaborate with a wide variety of people</li></ul><div></div><div>
 Additional Requirements:</div><ul><li>
Knowledge of Workday Compensation and Time/Attendance</li><li>
Capable of writing/maintaining Custom Reports; Experience with creating calculated fields</li><li>
Comprehension of Workday Security</li><li>
Must be experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel Outlook, PowerPoint; In Excel, must have ability to create pivot tables, VLOOKUP's)</li><li>
Experience with MS SharePoint a plus.</li><li>
A strong foundation and understanding of key HR practices and issues</li><li>
Detail oriented and organized, with high degree of accuracy</li><li>
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality</li><li>
Proven ability to prioritize and complete tasks with tight deadlines</li><li>
Ability to work both independently and as a team player</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>

Who We're Looking For</div>
The Sr Operations AnalystI is a full contributor, responsible for providing technical solutions to exceptionally difficult problems. This position requires that the analyst learn advanced components of applications and associated environments as well as the tools that support the ongoing maintenance of the applications. A successful sr analyst will demonstrate accountability for the tasks assigned to them and work well in the constructs of a team environment.<br>
Other responsibilities include attending and participating in team meetings, follow all company processes and procedures relevant to software development activities and to provide research and analysis to support the troubleshooting / problem reporting as defined by level three support. Assist in the requirements phase for projects: Apply current telecommunications knowledge and research current standards documents to keep up with the continuing changes in the industry.<ul><li></li></ul><div>

Provide Technical support, determine the root cause of the problem(s), and find appropriate solutions.</div></li><li><div>
Follow SLA guidelines including timely follow-up, escalation, and resolution of tickets on time.</div></li><li><div>
Analyze metrics and identify the possible reasons for any achievements or deviations.</div></li><li><div>
Participate in ticket review and ensure the appropriate solution is provided.</div></li><li><div>
Create status reports on the activities performed as per management requirement.</div></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><div>
Provide documentation on newly discovered solutions and develope production ready solution support scripts.</div></li><li><div>
Provide continuous monitoring of production servers that includes system health, resource utilization, file transfer rate, database insert rate and logs.</div></li><li><div>
Provide application health monitoring that includes file processing, data loading, completion of scheduled tasks, report generation, application related processes, dashboards and application logs</div></li><li><div>
Use alarm monitoring tools, interpret the condition being alarmed, resolve and/or escalate to the next level support.</div></li><li><div>
Provide guidance to more junior team members and act as resource for questions and reference.</div></li></ul></div><div></div><div><div><br>
Experience, Education and Certification:</div></div><div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor degree in computer science, electronics or telecommunication or equivalent experience.</div></li><li><div>
5+ years relevant professional experience in the areas of application support, technical customer support, problem management, relational databases, programming languages, software development.</div></li><li><div>
Prior experience in Telecom Operations preferred.</div></li></ul></div><div></div><div><div><br>

24/7/365 helpdesk support ,system monitoring, application support and willing to work in shift</div></li><li><div>
