What You Will Do</h2><ul>

Identify and target potential clients across multiple industries in the UAE.</li>
<li>
Generate qualified leads using modern tools and convert them into new business.</li>
<li>
Develop tailored pitches and onboard new clients.</li>
<li>
Manage relationships with acquired clients and ensure excellent service.</li>
<li>
Build long-term partnerships to maximise retention and upselling.</li>
<li>
Use market insights to shape effective sales strategies.</li>
<li>
Collaborate with marketing, product and customer success teams.</li>
<li>
Track sales performance and provide insights for improvement.</li>

What You Bring</h2><ul>
<li>
2&ndash;3 years of sales acquisition or account management experience in the UAE.</li>
<li>
Strong local network and knowledge of the UAE business landscape.</li>
<li>
Excellent prospecting, communication and negotiation skills.</li>
<li>
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.</li>
<li>
CRM and sales software experience is a plus.</li>
<li>
Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.</li>
