Position: HR Executive from the Manufacturing Industry. Female Candidates are Preferred.Location: Electronic City, BangaloreQualification: MSW/MBA or relevant degreeCompensation: Up to &#8377;4.20LPAPosition overviewThe HR Executive will handle end&#8209;to&#8209;end HR generalist activities for a manufacturing setup.Female candidates with 1&ndash;3 years of experience in a similar role in manufacturing are preferred.salary range is &#8377;30,000&ndash;35,000 per month, depending on experience and fit.Key responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end&#8209;to&#8209;end onboarding and induction, including pre-joining documentation, joining formalities, orientation and integration of new employees on the shopfloor and in offices.</li><li>Maintain complete and accurate personnel files (physical and digital), HRIS data, and employee master records, ensuring timely updates for new joins, confirmations, transfers and exits.</li><li>Support healthy employee relations by addressing queries, assisting in grievance handling, coordinating engagement activities and maintaining discipline as per company policies.</li><li>Coordinate the performance review and appraisal process by tracking due dates, sharing formats, collecting inputs from HODs and updating appraisal records.</li><li>Ensure maintenance and updation of legal and statutory compliance records related to PF, ESI, gratuity, minimum wages, contract labour and other applicable labour laws for the factory.</li><li>Prepare and update the annual and monthly training calendar, coordinate internal and external training programs, maintain attendance and feedback records.</li><li>Assist in payroll processing by sharing attendance, leave and overtime data, validating inputs, and coordinating with accounts/payroll vendor for timely salary disbursement.</li><li>Maintain and update all HR&#8209;related documents, policies, formats, HR letters and registers required for audits and inspections.</li></ul>Skills and competencies<ul><li>Strong documentation, record&#8209;keeping and MS Office/HRIS skills.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with workmen, staff and management.</li><li>Proactive, disciplined and detail&#8209;oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a plant environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
