<div>The HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the HR functions. 
 
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assists with the recruiting and interview process through applicant tracking, scheduling, communication with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates</li>
<li>Performs customer service function by answering employee requests and questions</li>
<li>Manages Outlook calendars for conference rooms</li>
<li>Maintains application packets, new hire packets, benefits packets, etc.</li>
<li>Assists with planning and coordinating employee events and decorates the office for special events</li>
<li>Ensures appropriate office supplies are available and provides those to employees, as needed</li>
<li>Files documents into employee files and prepares new employee files</li>
<li>Cleans and prepares office space for new hires</li>
<li>Makes photocopies; mails, scans, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
<li>Minimum of two years related experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of human resource principles, practices, and procedures</li>
<li>Ability to interface successfully with all levels of the organization</li>
<li>Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints and maintain workplace privacy and confidentiality at all times</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li>
</ul>
