 Senior IT HR Manager :
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Lead and execute global HR IT Product Strategy in partnership with HR, IT managers, and stakeholders. Oversee the design and implementation of HR technology solutions while managing a global technical team to ensure seamless alignment with organizational HR initiatives.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Leadership &amp; Team Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 
 
 Lead, mentor, and grow a global technical team of exempt employees and contingent resources
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 Identify resource needs and optimal geographic locations to achieve organizational goals
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 Conduct performance reviews, goal setting, and drive employee engagement and development
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Strategic Planning &amp; Execution
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 
 
 Maintain and update HR Product Strategy and Roadmap with regular senior leadership reviews
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize features and benefits with executive stakeholders
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 Ensure SME involvement throughout project lifecycles for successful rollouts and adoption
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Operational Excellence
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 
 
 Deliver successful project outcomes for critical functions including payroll, timekeeping, and regulatory compliance
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 Define and document roles/responsibilities for HR functional and IT HR teams
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 Manage budget, review actuals, and update forecasts regularly
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 Maintain relationships with critical stakeholders to achieve business objectives
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications :
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 
 
 7-10 years of relevant experience in IT and/or HR systems (HRMS/HRIS)
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 Strong expertise in Workday modules (payroll, timekeeping, absence, talent/performance, T&amp;E, benefits/compensation, security, HCM)
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 Deep understanding of HR best practices, workflows, and Workday implementation
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (&lt;20%)
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 Preferred Certifications :&nbsp;
 
 
 
 HR Professional: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or GPHR
 
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Nice to Have : Hands-on experience with UKG and ADP Payroll applications
