 Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner with business units (IT, HR, Security, Facilities, etc.) to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand current (&ldquo;as is&rdquo;) and future (&ldquo;to be&rdquo;) processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate business needs into ServiceNow ready requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming, and design sessions
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and support UAT with business stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure design follows ServiceNow best practices, platform standards, and architecture principles
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong project management skills (e.g., Agile, Scrum), including tracking project progress and task completion
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving and attention to details, especially regarding healthcare data and governance framework

ServiceNow Business Analyst

 Staff Accountant &ndash; Accounts Payable
 
 to support a fast-paced, high-volume accounting environment. This role is responsible for full-cycle accounts payable processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of financial transactions.

 Responsibilities

 Own full-cycle accounts payable including tracking, coding, approvals, and payments

 Qualifications
