Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Production Planning and Scheduling:</li><li>Assist in preparing and monitoring production schedules to meet delivery commitments.</li><li>Ensure efficient utilization of resources (materials, manpower, and machines).</li><li>Process Monitoring and Improvement:</li><li>Track and analyse production progress against the plan and identify areas of improvement.</li><li>Support process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.</li><li>Coordination and Communication:</li><li>Collaborate with the Production and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Communicate with cross-functional teams to address any delays or bottlenecks.</li><li>Data Management and Reporting:</li><li>Maintain periodic MIS related to production performance.</li><li>Generate and share reports with senior management for review and decision-making.</li><li>Quality and Safety Compliance:</li><li>Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies on the shop floor.</li><li>Support efforts to maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment.</li><li>5S and ISO Practices:</li><li>Promote and maintain 5S practices on the shop floor.</li><li>Support the implementation and compliance of ISO systems.</li><li>Cost and Resource Optimization:</li><li>Assist in tracking costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities in production processes.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;16,000.00 - &#8377;37,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
