The Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), part of SPA&rsquo;s Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community. Responsibilities:
<div>
SPA has an immediate need for a motivated, career, and customer-oriented <b>Senior Human Resources Support Specialist</b> to join our Front Office Support (R-FOS) team in Chantilly, VA. Key duties associated with this role include but are not limited to the following:</div><ul><li>
Support government civilian, military, and contractor personnel through onboarding, workforce planning, staffing, and performance management processes.</li><li>
Facilitate the administration of awards, recognition, and career development programs for personnel.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with NRO and government-directed HR policies and procedures, working closely with the Office of Human Resources (OHR).</li><li>
Assist with the implementation of HR tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and accessibility to services such as training and career management.</li><li>
Provide administrative support for personnel actions, including recruiting, performance reviews, and position assignments.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records and documentation for HR functions, ensuring compliance with standards for data integrity and retention.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations with a focus on federal or government HR processes</li><li>
Familiarity with military and civilian HR functions, including performance management, recruiting, and workforce planning</li><li>
Strong understanding of HR compliance, regulations, and policies applicable to federal and military personnel</li><li>
Reports to Chantilly, VA, up to full-time, based upon the needs of the client</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Desired Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field</li><li>
Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR</li><li>
Knowledge of NRO, Department of Defense (DoD), or Intelligence Community (IC) HR structures and requirements</li><li>
Experience supporting HR processes for both civilian and military personnel, including joint-service HR functions</li><li>
Expertise in managing HR workflows in complex organizations, including data analysis and reporting</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with experience using HR tools such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms</li></ul></div>

SPA has a near term need for a Video Developer/Producer to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA)

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Video Developer/Producer to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) as part of a high-performing creative services team. The ideal candidate will serve as the lead producer/director responsible for guiding the full video production process&mdash;from concept development to final delivery&mdash;ensuring the creation of compelling, mission-aligned content that communicates MDA&rsquo;s strategic priorities.<br>
<br>
This individual will direct and manage a small team of video editors, motion designers, and animators, and will be responsible for coordinating resources, timelines, and production workflows across multiple concurrent projects.</div><div></div><p><br>
This is a highly visible role supporting senior-level communications within the Department of Defense. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic creative leader and a hands-on producer, capable of inspiring a team while executing to the highest standard of professionalism and visual excellence.</p>
Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Video Production, Film, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>
7+ years of professional video production experience, including as lead producer/director and proven ability to guide creative development from concept to storyboard to final product. Demonstrated team leadership and project coordination experience</li><li>
Experience producing a variety of modern video styles (action sequences, animations, interview-driven content, technical explainers). Proficiency with industry-standard production software (Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)</li><li>
Experience with studio and field production, including directing camera crews and conducting interviews. Strong storytelling, visual communication, and organizational skills</li><li>
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance</li></ul><div><b>
Desired Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Prior experience supporting DoD or government agencies, particularly in missile defense or aerospace sectors</li><li>
Experience with secure video production environments and handling of sensitive materials</li><li>
Familiarity with 3D animation workflows (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya)</li><li>
Working knowledge of color grading, sound design, and voiceover recording</li></ul></div>
