<div>Systems Planning Corporation (SPC) a subsidiary company of GAI Consultants, Inc., is seeking a Scheduler to assist periodically in the planning and scheduling of projects/outages. The Scheduler will be required to report to the project site to assist in project/outage scheduling and be an expert in Primavera scheduling software.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Gathers and analyzes project information.</li>
<li>Uses analytical reports to set and monitor schedules.</li>
<li>Ensures that scheduling of work follows company policy.</li>
<li>Meet with the station team and contractors for periodic updates.</li>
<li>Work on-site at customer's facility.</li>
<li>The assignment will be in an industrial setting and require wearing personal protective equipment such as a hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by client management.</li>
<li>Traveling to and from job sites on daily basis, whether from home or a local hotel is required.</li>

<li>The employee is frequently required to sit.</li>
<li>The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb stairs up to 12 floors, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.</li>
<li>The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance.</li>
<li>The employee is required to wear Personal Protective Equipment including a hard hat, safety glasses, fall protection, hearing protection, gloves, etc.</li>
<li>The work environment will have both hot and cold temperatures. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.</li>
<li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Performs work under minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Handles issues and problems associated with the schedule and develops plans for mitigating scheduling issues.</li>
<li>Possesses comprehensive knowledge of scheduling in Primavera.</li>
<li>Analytical thinking skills.</li>
<li>Ability to identify and seek needed information.</li>
