</b></h2><p>Bright Horizons (Systems Plus) is seeking a visionary BI Architect - Lead to define and lead the technical strategy for enterprise analytics. This role focuses on enabling self-service reporting, custom analytics, and embedded BI experiences through a flexible, scalable, and future-ready architecture. The ideal candidate brings deep experience across modern BI platforms and emerging technologies, with a strong focus on user enablement, governance, innovation, and people leadership.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></h2><ul><li>Architect and evolve a scalable, tool-agnostic analytics framework that supports diverse reporting needs including self-service, custom dashboards, and embedded analytics.</li><li>Define and implement standards for semantic modeling, governed data access, and report lifecycle management to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms.</li><li>Design solutions that empower business users and analysts to explore and visualize data independently while maintaining governance and performance.</li><li>Develop strategies for embedding analytics into enterprise applications and workflows using APIs and modular components.</li><li>Integrate next-generation analytics concepts such as composable architecture, augmented analytics, and automated insight generation.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics solutions are intuitive, actionable, and aligned with business goals.</li><li>Evaluate and recommend BI platforms and technologies based on strategic fit, scalability, and user experience.</li><li>Lead technical enablement efforts to promote best practices in dashboard design, performance optimization, and user adoption.</li><li>Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the BI architecture.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead analytics and BI projects from concept to delivery, including planning, scoping and execution.</li><li>Experience working in agile environments, managing backlogs, sprints, and cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Skilled in prioritizing technical initiatives, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.</li><li>Lead and manage a team of BI professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster growth and performance.</li><li>Set clear goals and objectives for team members, monitor progress throughout the year, and conduct regular performance reviews.</li><li>Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation within the BI team.</li></ul><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Required Skills and Qualifications:</b></h2><ul><li>
15+ years of experience in BI architecture, enterprise analytics, and reporting strategy.</li><li>
Proven experience with a variety of BI and analytics platforms including (but not limited to): Power BI, Qlik, Looker, Cube, GA4, Snowflake, Azure Fabric, Alteryx, and other modern tools.</li><li>
Strong understanding of self-service BI enablement, custom reporting frameworks, and embedded analytics.</li><li>
Expertise in designing semantic layers, governed datasets, and role-based access models.</li><li>
Familiarity with API-based integrations, real-time reporting architectures, and data storytelling.</li><li>
Advanced skills in Excel for reporting and data manipulation.</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>
Proven experience in people management, team leadership, and performance development.</li></ul><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>

As an SAP Basis Senior Consultant, you will:</p><ul><li>Lead and guide consultants as well as client personnel implementing SAP Basis</li><li>Lead analysis and design sessions to create requirements to develop client solutions

</li><li>Experience leading the installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting components like ERP, BW, CRM, SRM, SCM, Portal, PI, Solution Manager etc. in both UNIX and Windows environments on various databases such as HANA, Oracle, SQL, DB2 etc. a plus</li><li> <b>Experience in Fiori &amp; BTP &amp; Rise with SAP</b></li><li><b>Team-lead experience
</b></li><li>Experience with planning and leading implementation workshops</li><li>Knowledge of project methodologies like Activate and Agile</li><li>Knowledge of S/4 HANA</li><li> Knowledge &amp; Experience in <b>ECC to S/4 HANA migration (2-3 projects)</b></li><li>Flexibility and adaptability - our Senior Consultants work on everything from design to hands-on configuration and can stretch into new roles
</li><li>Willingness to support both project-based work as well as application-managed services (AMS)</li><li>Ability to support a hybrid-working model at home and in the local office</li><li>Thorough client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements and project plans/tasks
</li><li>Excellent analytical skills and the ability to present and write at a publication-quality level to communicate findings and recommendations
