The role ensures timely procurement while maintaining strong supplier relationships and compliance with company policies.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers</li><li>Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and follow-ups</li><li>Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply-related issues</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and vendor databases</li><li>Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse teams</li><li>Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities</li><li>Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments (production, finance, QA, logistics)</li><li>Handle invoice verification and support payment processing</li><li>Evaluate supplier performance and manage vendor relationships</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Good knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management</li><li>Ability to analyze costs and vendor quotations</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or procurement software</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving ability</li></ul>Educational Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles</li><li>(Experience requirements can be adjusted as per company needs)</li></ul>Preferred Attributes<ul><li>Knowledge of local and international sourcing</li><li>Familiarity with inventory management practices</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹10,860.23 - ₹40,156.95 per monthWork Location: In person
